Customer Service Advisor

**URGENTLY NEEDED CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISORS 8-WEEK TEMPORARY**

Are you currently working in an office/contact centre environment, retail, hospitality or care and immediately available for a new challenge?

A large, well-known organisation are seeking a number of Customer Care Advisors to join their team in Accrington on an 8-week temporary programme. This is a full-time position, with the opportunity to progress into a permanent position in the Customer Service team after 8 weeks.

Hourly Rate: £8.91ph

Location: Accrington

What you receive in return:

  • An hourly rate of £8.91ph
  • Great working hours of Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm
  • Fantastic office environment - onsite relaxation and games rooms
  • The opportunity to be taken permanent as a valued member of the Customer Service team

Role:

  • To provide excellent customer service over the phone, answering any queries and transferring calls to the relevant departments
  • Identifying any problems and transferring calls to the customer service team so the issue can be resolved as quickly as possible for the customer
  • Completing admin duties as required, including changing delivery dates on the system and tracking orders for customers
  • Provide empathetic customer service and communicating clearly at all times
  • Other duties as required

To be considered for this position, you must have the following skills and experience:

  • Experience working within a customer service-based role, but not necessarily in an office - this organisation is keen to consider candidates from hospitality, retail, care or other customer service environments
  • You must be highly reliable and punctual
  • A resilient personality, with strong communication skills
  • Kind and caring, with a genuine desire to help people
  • IT literate
