Customer Service Advisor (12 week temporary)

An exciting, growing organisation based in Media City are recruiting for 3 temporary Customer Service Advisors to join their team as soon as possible on a 12 week contract. The company have enjoyed substantial growth within the last few years, with a dynamic and forward thinking culture, this truly is a great place to work.
The purpose of your role is to provide outstanding customer service support via telephone and email, across a wide range of queries. Please see further responsibilities:

  • Action enquiries received via telephone, email, letters and any other channels
  • Work towards KPI's and SLA's
  • Provide helpful, friendly and professional 1st line telephony advice
  • Administration of the customer database including updating address and payment information
  • Reporting for management
  • Updating customer contracts
  • Ad-hoc administration


The ideal candidate will have the following experience and attributes:

  • Previous experience working within an office-based customer service role
  • Be personable yet professional in their approach
  • Helpful, hardworking and a clear communicator
  • Proactive, keen to build relationships both internally and externally
  • Reliable and punctual
  • A proven track record of stability within permanent jobs
  • Positive nature and a good sense of humour
