Administrator - Part Time

Job role: Part time Administrator
Hourly pay: £10.90
Location: Chorley
Hours: Mon-Wed 8:30-5pm

Our client is a leading software company looking for an experienced Administrator to join their team on a part time, temporary basis.

Due to growth, a new department has arisen meaning they are needing support across the team to help achieve their desired goals.

What does the role involve?

  • Data entry using a project management system
  • Data entry using Excel spreadsheets
  • Email management
  • Updating and transferring data from email/documents to their CRM
  • Assisting with audits
  • Any other administrative duties required.

Who would be the right fit?

  • Administrator experience
  • Experience using MS Office
  • A good multitasker
  • Used to working in a fast paced environment
  • A team player - culture is very important
  • Someone who can work well under pressure
