Treasury Analyst

Treasury Analyst
Location: Manchester- hybrid working
Salary: £32,000- £38,000

An opportunity for an experienced Treasury Analyst to join a leading business based in their Manchester office has arisen.
Working as part of the treasury team, you will initially be responsible for ensuring that company accounts and banking processes are maintained and ensuring that funds are correctly allocated.

Key responsibilities include:

• Bank statement downloads, uploads to SAP and daily bank reconciliations
• Completion of month end balance sheet reconciliations
• Processing bank payments, credit cards and petty cash
• Analysis and investigation of queries and liaise with the business to resolve in a timely manner
• Effective communication with internal and external customers, building strong business relationships
• Work effectively and efficiently with high volumes and to tight deadlines
• Assist in the set up and review of procedures, such as automating systems and processes
• Monitor bank accounts and improve forecast accuracy on cash flow forecasting and systems

You will have the opportunity to be involved in wider projects such as the implementation of a new treasury management system.

Key requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years treasury experience
• Treasury Management System experience is essential
• Experience of working with major online banking platforms
• Processing bank statements and cash management experience
• Ideally experience in using SAP
