Trainee Sales Administrator

An exciting, ever-growing business based in Bolton are looking are now recruiting for a permanent Trainee Sales Administrator to join their team, paying between £17,000-£19,000pa. This organisation are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is looking to kick start their career within one of the UK's leading suppliers, and this role is ideal for a School or College leaver who is looking for their first office-based role.

Please see below an overview of your key responsibilities:

• 
  Providing accurate and detailed quotations for their products and services for the customers
  * Prioritising day to day tasks to ensure workload is managed
  * Working with other departments to assist with any other tasks deemed necessary
  * Answering phone calls and directing them to the relevant department
  * Maintain and organise the current CRM system

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

• 
  The ability to work as part of a team
  * Computer literacy and experience working on Microsoft office
  * Excellent numeracy skills and an analytical mind
  * Well organised and the ability to prioritise tasks
  * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with accuracy
  * Must be flexible to work every one in five Saturdays
