My client is seeking an experienced Pre-sales Consultant to join a high performing team. As a Pre-sales Consultant, you will work closely with prospects and customers to demonstrate how their cutting-edge solutions can support and enhance their business aspirations.
In this role, you will utilise your technical expertise to drive sales and accelerate sales cycles. Your responsibilities will include conducting in-depth fact-finding discovery sessions, creating technical response documentation, and delivering tailored, value-based product demonstrations. These presentations will cater to various formats, including face-to-face, online, documented responses, and recorded/video content. Additionally, you may be involved in seminars, events, and exhibitions. The focus will be on showcasing one of the flagship business management solutions (Sage 200, Sage Intacct, or Sage X3).
As part of the role, you will collaborate with multiple teams, including Sales, Marketing, Consultancy, Support, and R&D.
To excel in this position, you should be client-facing, self-motivated, flexible, and willing to travel to client sites throughout the UK.
As an excellent collaborator and communicator, you will work effectively with various stakeholders, both within the organisation and with customers. You will have prior experience in delivering presentations to diverse audiences within a business context.
Strategic thinking skills will be crucial for crafting successful sales pitches, while exceptional organizational abilities will help you manage your diary effectively. Being analytical will enable you to hone market and product knowledge and seize the right opportunities at the right time.
While knowledge of Sage 200, Sage X3, or Sage Intacct would be beneficial, it is not mandatory.
A full UK driving license is essential for this role.
