I am currently recruiting for a Talent Manager to join a growing service sector business based in Manchester. This is an exciting position where you will be working as part of a wider people team to support with the following:

  • Strategic workforce planning across the whole organisation
  • Building an effective EVP in line with the wider business culture
  • Using external benchmarking to appropriately update processes and benefits
  • Shaping and driving the employer brand in the external market, focussing on external engagement, whilst raising the overall profile of the brand
  • Developing strategic partnerships to enhance channels for talent acquisition including a focus on early careers
  • Building an MI-led approach to talent acquisition
