Talent Development Partner

My client, are currently on the lookout for a Talent and Development Partner to join them on a permanent basis.

Below are some of the key responsibilities:

  • Supporting with the creation and implementation of a talent and development strategy, in line with the wider business strategy
  • Devising and managing a training framework, ensuring all employees are training and onboarded effectively
  • Building effective stakeholder relationships, both internally and externally
  • Working with the wider people team to strengthen the employer brand
  • Advising Managers on appropriate learning interventions
  • Working with Managers on internal succession plans
  • Leading on the apprenticeship programmes
  • Strategically reviewing the talent attraction plans

As well have having relevant experience the successful candidate for this role will be a true people person, able to demonstrate a drive and passion for adding value to a growing business.
