Talent Development Co-ordinator

I am currently supporting a great client of mine with their search for a Talent Development Co-ordinator. This is a brand new role within a growing people team where you will support in attracting and retaining talent. Below is an overview of the some of the things that you will take responsibility for:

  • Supporting with the full recruitment cycle
  • Managing relationships with recruitment agencies
  • Creating a talent pipeline for key roles in the business
  • Proactively sourcing candidates from a variety of sources
  • Building relationships with universities and apprenticeship providers
  • Working with Managers to devise learning plans
  • Delivering the company induction for new starters
  • Conducting probationary review meetings
  • Maintaining learning records
  • Maintaining accurate records on the HRIS

The ideal candidate for this role will have some experience of talent attraction and retention, a positive outlook on things and will be creative, bringing new ideas to the table.
