Talent Business Partner

Employment Type: PermanentLocation: SalfordSalary: £35000 - £40000 per annum + Plus bonus

I am currently supporting a growing client of mine with their search for a Talent Business Partner. This is a brand-new role where you will work as part of the People Team and take responsibility for talent attraction and retention.

Below is an overview of some of the things you will do in this role:

  • Partnering with Line Managers, advising on appropriate routes to market
  • Actively headhunting candidates
  • Advertising job roles, screening candidates and conducting interviews
  • Liaising with external recruitment partners
  • Coaching Managers on interview and selection techniques
  • Working with hiring Managers to enhance the candidate experience
  • Raising the profile of the employer brand
  • Producing reports for Management on all recruitment metrics
  • Supporting on wider people team and engagement initiatives

My client is looking for an experienced talent professional - ideally having gained some experience in-house, but agency background will be considered. The successful candidate will bring passion and energy to the role, as well as a creative approach to the role.
