Talent Acquisition Partner - Home Working - Technology Sector

I am excited to be supporting a fast-growing technology business with their search for a Talent Acquisition Partner. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful business in a brand new role that you can put your own stamp on and add a huge amount of value.

Reporting into the Head of People you will support with the following:

  • Partnering with stakeholders internally to understand their requirements and devise appropriate sourcing strategies
  • Writing engaging job adverts and advertising externally
  • Managing the ATS system
  • Proactively searching for candidates
  • Assisting with the screening process
  • Managing the onboarding and induction process for new starters
  • Working with the Head of People on developing a strong EVP

This is a fantastic opportunity suitable for a candidate that has extensive recruitment experience either gained from an agency or in-house environment. It is essential that you have experience in hiring for niche technical roles.

My client are offering a hugely competitive benefits package (one of the best I have seen for a while) and this role would be predominantly home-working but with the ability to work face to face on an ad hoc basis within the North West.
