Talent Acquisition Partner

I am currently supporting a great client of mine with the recruitment of their Talent Acquisition Partner role. If you are passionate about recruitment and interested in joining a forward-thinking business with a fantastic reputation this could be the role for you!

In this role you will take responsibility for the following:

  • Working with Managers to understand talent plans and business strategy
  • Working with marketing on developing a strong employer brand and strong online presence
  • Pro-actively sourcing candidates from a variety of places
  • Conducting 1st stage interviews
  • Scheduling and facilitating of assessment days
  • Liaising with universities and attending graduate fayres
  • Liaising with external recruitment partners

The successful person for this role will be a passionate individual with extensive recruitment experience - ideally from in-house but my client are open to looking at candidates whose recruitment experience comes from an agency environment.

Excellent communication skills, strong organisational skill and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment are key for this role.

Please note with this role there will be a requirement to be in the office 2-3 days per week, and the remainder will be from home.
