Senior HR Business Partner

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Senior HR Business Partner to join a fast-growing business based in the Northwest. This is a truly generalist role where you will report into the HR Director. A key part of this role will involve working closely with the HR Director to deliver a variety of exciting HR projects, including around engagement, talent attraction and retention and organisational design.

In addition to this you will take responsibility for the following:

  • Leading a small team of high-performing HR Business Partners to drive a variety of people initiatives
  • Working collaboratively with key stakeholders across the organisation
  • Acting as subject matter expert across all areas of employment law
  • Working closely with the talent and learning team
  • Providing insight and opinion to the business, supporting with decision making

As well as having relevant experience the successful candidate will be a true people person, able to demonstrate a track record in HR, with a drive and passion for adding value to a business.

Please note that this role is North West based, but there will be a small amount of travel required to other sites. This is a hybrid role so as well as time at sites there will be the ability to work from home. My client are happy to consider flexible / reduced working hours.
