Job Title: Administrator
Salary: Up to £25k
Location: Media City, Manchester

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a positive and enthusiastic individual who has great communication skills, is experienced with Microsoft Word and Excel and someone who is capable of managing their own workload. We are looking for someone who is passionate about great customer service, attention to detail and working as part of a highly motivated team, the candidate will always maintain the highest possible standards and ensure a prompt and responsive service is provided.
Who will you be working for?
Our client is a leading provider within their industry. Based in Media City they are now actively looking for a dynamic Administrative Support Specialist to join their team.
What's the role?
- Maintaining accurate customer records including all required contact details
- Creating and updating contracts and billing administration duties
- Accountable for service activations, decommissioning and stock returns for customers
- Reconciling and updating records on their CRM
- First point of call for customers via email and phone
- Note taking for weekly meetings
- Liaising with 3rd party support desk
- Any other duties required.
When and where will you be?
You'll be based in the client's office in Media City - once settled, the role will become hybrid and you can work from home 1-2 days a week!
