Specialist Sales Executive

Employment Type: PermanentLocation: WarringtonSalary: £25000 - £26000 per annum + Benefits

A large Professional Services organisation based in Warrington are seeking a permanent Specialist Sales Executive to join their team, paying up to £26,000pa plus monthly commission (realistic OTE of £40,000pa). This organisation have a wide service portfolio which is catered to the needs of their varied client base, and now need a permanent Sales Exec to further drive sales within the business.

Please see below an overview of the role:

  • Working with third party organisation referrals to further expand the client base
  • Proactive account management, business development and marketing
  • Drive referrals from the existing partnership channel
  • Acting as a key representative for the business services, providing expert advice to potential clients via a number of communication channels
  • Liaising directly with all levels of business, including high-earning individuals and contractors
  • No cold calling - professional consultative selling environment
  • Educating your client base on regulation changes and giving specialist advice
  • Other Business Development duties

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

  • A proven track record of success within a pro-active Business to Business Sales/ Business Development role
  • Experience working within a consultative, solution sales environment
  • The ability to create your own sales strategy, identify key prospects and generate sales
  • Polished and professional customer service skills
  • Be results driven, focussed on outcomes
  • Either B2B Sales, Account Management or Recruitment would be ideal for this role

In return, you will receive the following:

  • Highly competitive salary of up to £26,000pa
  • Excellent commission, realistic OTE of £40,000pa however you could potentially earn more than this - commission is uncapped and paid monthly
