They are currently looking for a dedicated Software Analyst to join the team, working closely with clients to ensure the successful implementation and delivery of these custom ERP systems.
Job Description:
As a Software Analyst this growing business, you will play a vital role in the development and delivery of customised ERP systems. You will be responsible for collaborating with clients to understand their unique requirements, reviewing these requirements during the final stages of delivery, and ensuring that the software solutions meet and exceed expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Liaison: Work closely with clients to gather and review their software requirements and business processes.
- Requirements Review: Analyse and validate client requirements, ensuring they are accurately implemented in the ERP system.
- ERP System Customisation: Collaborate with the development team to customise ERP solutions based on client specifications.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure the ERP system meets client expectations and is free from defects.
- Issue Resolution: Act as a point of contact for clients to resolve any issues or concerns during the delivery process.
- Feedback Loop: Continuously gather client feedback to identify opportunities for system improvement and enhancement.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in software analysis tools and methodologies.
- Knowledge of ERP systems and customisation processes.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Client Interaction: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client collaboration and issue resolution.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure client requirements are met accurately.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver successful software solutions.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
