Senior Recruiter - French Speaking

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a French-Speaking Senior Recruiter to join a well-established and fast-growing RPO business. In this role you will be responsible for end-to-end vacancy management of vacancies for one of their global clients. Below is an overview of some of the key responsibilities:

  • Business Partnering with key stakeholders to advise on recruitment strategy and planning
  • Establishing effective recruitment processes, subject to the needs of each role
  • Sourcing of candidates for all vacancies, and managing the selection process
  • Ensuring that all SLA's are achieved, whilst not compromising on quality
  • Managing relationships with recruitment agencies as required
  • Producing reports for Management
  • Ensuring the ATS system is used effectively at all times

The successful candidate for this role must have extensive recruitment experience sector, gained from either an in-house, an RPO or agency environment, and be fluent in speaking French within a business environment.

This is a really exciting opportunity for someone who is able to manage multiple vacancies as well as building strong working relationships with key stakeholders, internally and externally to the business.

Please note there is flexibility on the location that this role is worked - some travel to the client's sites, including one in Slough is essential but the remainder of the time can be worked from home.
