Senior HR Advisor - hybrid working

I am currently supporting a fast-growing business based in Didsbury with their recruitment for a Senior HR Advisor. This is a true generalist role where you will support with the following:

  • Building relationships with Managers, coaching on all areas of HR
  • Leading on a variety of people related projects
  • Driving a high-performance culture across the business
  • Taking a lead on reward and benefits for all employees
  • Talent attraction and retention

This is a real opportunity to add value to a growing business. The ideal candidate for this role will be passionate about people, have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work off their own initiative.

This is a hybrid role where your time will be spent both in the office and working from home.
