HR Advisor - hybrid working

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a HR Advisor to join a service sector organisation based in Birchwood. Working as part of the team you will take responsibility for the following:

  • Providing HR advice to Managers on all people issues
  • First point of contact for HR queries
  • Coaching Managers in relation to absence and performance
  • Supporting with investigations
  • Producing outcome letters
  • Supporting with policy development
  • Managing flexible working requests
  • Delivering inductions for new starters
  • Updating the HR system and producing reports

My client is happy to consider candidates already working at the Advisory level, or looking to take that 1st step into a HR Advisor role. Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills are essential for this role.
