Senior HR Advisor

Employment Type: PermanentLocation: BlackburnSalary: £28000 - £33000 per annum

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Senior HR Advisor to join a professional services business in the Blackburn area. This is a brand new role where you will work as part of a wider HR team to deliver an effective HR service across the organisation.

Reporting into the HR Manager below are some of the things that you will take responsibility for:

  • Building relationships with key stakeholders across the business and coaching Managers
  • Updating and rolling out new HR policies and processes
  • Talent attraction and retention
  • Managing the onboarding process for new starters
  • Supporting with the implementation of the Diversity and Inclusion strategy
  • Liaising with external partners
  • Producing reports with analysis for management
  • Supporting and guiding the HR Administrator and Advisor within the team

This is a great opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join a business that offers stability and security. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently are both key for this role.
