Senior HR Advisor

Are you an experienced HR professional seeking a new role that will allow you to be creative and add value to a well-established and growing organisation? If so this Senior HR Advisor vacancy may be for you! My client is looking for someone to play a key role in further embedding best practice, driving a high-performance culture.

Below is an overview of the things you will take responsibility for:

  • Working closely with the HR Manager on all areas of HR including talent management, diversity and inclusion, leadership development, engagement, health and wellbeing
  • Advising Managers in relation to all areas of HR policy and process
  • Conducting investigations
  • Guiding Managers through the companies performance management process
  • Collating information from exit interviews and managing the leaver process
  • Creating and delivering internal communications across the business
  • Reviewing reward and benefit initiatives internally and benchmarking externally, ensuring fairness and competitiveness
  • Leading on recruitment and selection, monitoring key recruitment metrics
  • Supporting the drive for equality, diversity and inclusion
  • Continual review of HR policies and procedures

This is a fantastic role where you will support in the delivery of the people strategy, driving a high performing, inclusive and engaging work environment at all times. Along with relevant experience my client is looking for a passionate and driven individual with a positive, solutions-focussed approach to work.
