Senior HR Advisor 9 Month FTC

I am currently supporting a client of mine based in North Manchester with their search for a Senior HR Advisor. This is a 9 month fixed term contract, working as part of a wider HR team, where you will be responsible for supporting the team in all areas of HR including , employee relations, engagement and generalist HR responsabilities.

Below is a summary of the responsibilities that come with this role:

  • Providing day-to-day HR support across all areas of HR
  • Coaching Managers
  • Working closely with the HR Director to deliver the people plan, and deputising in their absence
  • Reporting of key HR metrics with analysis to enhance the quality of decision making
  • Driving a high-performance culture
  • Championing company-wide initiatives such as engagement and well-being

My client is looking for an experienced HR Advisor, ideally having worked within a complex environment, but they are open to different backgrounds. A proven track record in a fast-paced environment along with confidence and resilience are all essentials for this role.
