Job Title: Sales Support (Customer Service)
Hourly pay: £10.58ph
Location: Kendal

Our client is one of the Northwest's leading installers of Conservatories, Garden Rooms, Extensions, Windows & Doors and more. This is a great opportunity to be part of their ongoing growth, the position is for a Showroom Sales Support candidate to work in our client's Showroom located in Kendal.

Within this role you will be part of the front of house team, welcoming and greeting customer, their first point of contact and providing outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate will be excellent at building rapport with customers, identifying their needs and fulfilling their expectations.

The position as Sales Support offers and expects flexibility, you will be expected to work Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm. (On occasions may need to cover weekend staff paying £13.20ph)

What will the roles involve?

  • Welcoming and greeting guests into the showroom
  • Booking appointments and collecting customers details
  • Ensuring the showroom is kept clean and tidy
  • Responding to customer who have enquired online
  • Processing order forms and deposits
  • Data input of the sales staff appointment details
  • To ensure the brochure stand is stocked and brochures replenished when required
  • Organisation of the electronic diary is aligned and correct
  • To check the daily activity sales report and enquiry levels
  • Any other duties required.

Who would be the right fit?

  • Outstanding customer service skills, ensuring all customers feel welcome
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Experience in a similar role would be advantageous
  • Someone who is organised and efficient
  • The ability to either work on own initiative with minimum supervision or as part of a team
  • Smart appearance
  • Great computer skills
  • A great sense of humour with the ability to build good working relations
  • Flexible approach to work
