Sales Director - North West

A global manufacturing businesses are looking to recruit a regional Sales Director due to internal promotion. Reporting into the Managing Director you will be accountable for the following:

  • Responsible for managing a team of key account managers and area sales managers
  • Developing a high performance culture
  • Liaising with and influencing stakeholders across the group
  • Responsible for developing your territory via key account development
  • Increasing market share, including competitor analysis
  • Automation of processes to maximise the CRM
  • Responsible for various key metrics including revenue contribution, customer engagement and value add
  • Managing complex capital equipment sales with supporting finance arrangements

Suitable applicants must have a proven track record in B2B sales, operating at a strategic level with strong people management skills. Experience of capital equipment sales would be highly advantageous.
