Sales Development Executive

Employment Type: PermanentLocation: BurnleySalary: Up to £22000 per annum

An innovative organisation based close to Burnley are seeking a permanent Sales Development Executive to join their team due to exciting growth plans and new projects that launched in 2021.
This is a widely varied role, suitable for an experienced Sales professional, who is looking for a new challenge.

Please see below an overview of your duties:

  • Identify new clients, researching and obtaining business requirements and presenting solutions to begin sales cycle
  • Profile strategic accounts identifying key individuals, researching and obtaining business requirements
  • Be responsible for educating and developing prospects leading to hand-off to the sales team
  • Nurture new marketing leads by educating and developing new clients
  • Drive attendance for webinars and live seminars, set meetings for conferences where appropriate
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing team members on strategic sales approach
  • Ensure successful follow through of sales cycle by maintaining accurate activity and lead qualification information in CRM application
  • Produce reports on productivity and pipeline activity as required

The ideal candidate with have the following skills and experience:

  • A minimum of 2 years sales or account management or customer service experience
  • The ability to build rapport over the phone and develop relationships
  • Be able to work independently but also as part of a team, in a fast paced environment
  • Have a personable approach
  • Be positive with a can do attitude

In return, you will receive:
