My client is currently seeking a Sage 1000 Support Consultant to join the dedicated Customer Support Services team. As part of this team, you'll play a crucial role in addressing customer queries and issues related to Sage 1000. Your expertise will be vital in maintaining high standards of customer service and ensuring customer loyalty.

What You'll Do:

  • Collaborate with the team to respond to Sage 1000 queries and issues promptly and effectively.
  • Employ your technical and functional knowledge, along with a deep understanding of underlying business processes, to creatively solve complex issues.

  • Prior experience and knowledge of Sage 1000/Line 500.
