Regional People Partner

Employment Type: PermanentLocation: BoltonSalary: £35000 - £38000 per annum + Plus car

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for People Partner to join a growing healthcare organisation based in the North West. This is a generalist HR role where you will work as part of a wider HR team on the following:

  • Providing timely HR advice to Managers across the business, including absence, performance management, disciplinary and grievance matters
  • Coaching and developing Managers
  • Reviewing and updating policies and processes
  • Producing MI reports with analysis for Managers
  • Providing advice and guidance on pay structures and remuneration
  • Overseeing the on boarding process
  • Leading on talent attraction and retention across the business

Please note that this role will involve time spent travelling to multiple sites across the North West predominantly.
