Regional HR Business Partner

Employment Type: PermanentLocation: StaffordshireSalary: £40000 - £50000 per annum

A great opportunity has arisen for a Regional HR Business Partner to join a growing service sector business. This is a true generalist role where you will work as part of a wider HR team to focus on the following areas:

  • Delivering the HR strategy for your region, with a focus on reward and recognition and engagement
  • Reviewing and updating HR policies and processes
  • Liaising with trade unions
  • Managing performance and absence issues
  • Building relationships with key stakeholders across the organisation
  • Talent attraction and retention
  • Leading on a variety of change projects such as restructure and TUPE

The successful candidate for this role will have experience working at Business Partner level, within a multi-site organisation. Strong communication skills are essential for this role along with the ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
