HR Consultant

I am currently supporting a client of mine with their recruitment for a HR Consultant. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful business who pride themselves on providing a quality service to their clients.

My client is looking for a commercial and ambitious HR professional, passionate about delivering their work to an excellent standard at all times.

Below is an overview of some of the things you will be responsible for in this role:

  • Building effective working relationships with Senior Leaders across a portfolio of clients, directly impacting the performance of their business
  • Advising clients on a variety of employment law matters, including performance management, disciplinary and grievance procedures, sickness absence management, drafting HR paperwork, company handbooks and policies and settlement agreements
  • Supporting businesses through change activity such as TUPE, restructure and redundancy
  • Union negotiations
  • Leading a variety of people focused projects around culture, engagement, recruitment, performance management, retention strategies, HR system implementation and reward and benefit

To be successful in this role you will be enthusiastic, have the ability to work off your own initiative and be solution focussed.

Please note this role is hybrid – 1 (or 2 at times) days being spent at the HO in Wilmslow, 1 day travelling to sites and the remainder from home.
