Job Title: Recruitment Officer

Pay Bracket: £26k

Location: Warrington

An opportunity has come up an experience HR or Recruitment professional to join a rapidly expanding care organisation located in Warrington. This role has been developed due to growth and demand and will including the following roles and responsibilities:

• Responsible for all areas of the recruitment and onboarding process
• Managing the ATS system, uploading adverts, shortlisting and screening relevant and suitable candidates
• Putting together screening questions and ensuring candidates are prepared for interviews
• Working closely with the hiring managers and the head of HR to organsie interviews
• Handling and organising compliance documents including DBS checks & reference checks
• Ensuring hiring managers are aware of new starters
• Organising induction days working closely with the Recruitment Admin to ensure everyone is onboarded correctly
• Working as part of a busy but motivated recruitment team to ensure the smooth running of the recruitment process throughout the organisation

• Experience in a HR or Recruitment role
• Highly organised, high attention to detail and through accuracy in everything they do
• Patient, resilient and tenacious
• Professional approach
• Strong Excel / Microsoft office skills
• Desire to grow and develop in a role
