Pay Bracket: Up to £45k + OTE of up to £65k

More about the role:

  • Managing a recruitment team, monitoring, and reporting on a range of KPIs and driving a high performing team forward.
  • Working with key stakeholders, providing insight on the current market to the wider business.
  • Liaising with external agencies and managing recruitment budgets.
  • Proactively exploring new ways in which to recruit and increase candidate activity.
  • Effectively managing active roles, ensuring the business recruits quality hires in a cost and time effective manner.
  • Using different platforms to create the best traction for roles, including activity on social media and Linkedin.
  • Carrying out interviews and working cooperatively with the managers to ensure the best talent is recruited into the business.
  • Overseeing delivery of the candidate experience across the full recruitment lifecycle
  • Pro-actively exploring and implementing new approaches to drive candidate activity, above and below the line
  • Acting as an all-round brand ambassador representing the organisation positively both internally and externally

What you need:

  • 2+ years management experience in an inhouse or agency recruitment environment
  • Passionate about development and driving the team around you
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to object and influence
  • Positive and proactive leader
  • Excellent organisational skills and able to multitask
  • Education to degree level or equivalent experience
