Recruitment Business Partner - predominantly home based

I am excited to be supporting a high-growth business in the professional services sector with their search for a Talent Acquisition Partner.

Reporting to the Head of Talent you will support with the following:

  • Partnering with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and devise appropriate sourcing strategies
  • Developing sourcing pools allowing the business to proactively create applicant pools and talent pipelines
  • Writing engaging job adverts and advertising externally
  • Proactively searching for candidates
  • Screening candidates
  • Working with marketing to create brand awareness through various social media channels
  • Ensuring a positive candidate experience from application through to on-boarding
  • Maintaining awareness of competitor practices, industry trends and recruitment standards
  • Managing agency relationships
  • Coaching Managers on selection techniques
  • Producing weekly reporting for Managers on recruitment metrics

This is a fantastic opportunity suitable for a candidate that has previous recruitment experience either gained from an agency or in-house environment. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritising effectively are both essentials for this role.
