Recruitment Business Partner

I am excited to be supporting a fast-growing business with their search for a Recruitment Business Partner. This is a brand new role and will form part of a wider recruitment team. In this role you will work as part of team to devise and implement a proactive and innovative resourcing strategy.

  • Establishing effective working relationships with key stakeholders across the business
  • Working to embed effective recruitment processes
  • Advising Managers on innovative recruitment solutions
  • Assisting with the implementation of an ATS system
  • Working with marketing to further develop the employer brand
  • Using a variety of talent attraction methods including social media, recruitment agencies, networking, referrals
  • Leading on graduate and apprenticeship recruitment
  • Coaching Managers in relation to onboarding
  • Providing comprehensive reporting for Management on all recruitment metrics

To be considered for this role it is essential that you have previous experience in recruitment, either from an agency or in-house environment, have excellent communication skills and the ability to work off your own initiative.
