Recruitment Assistant

An opportunity has come up for a Recruitment Assistant to join a fast growing business based in Preston (some flexibility to WFH). The role is working on a Full Time, permanent basis. This is a busy and varied role where you will work as part of a wider team on the following areas:

  • Being involved in the whole lifecycle of recruitment, including liaising with managers, posting adverts, completing pre-screening calls and arranging interviews.
  • Effectively managing a wide range of roles, supporting managers to recruit fairly and in line with company practice.
  • Using different platforms to create the best traction for role, including activity on social media and being a part of an upcoming recruitment project.
  • Shortlisting applications and making decisions on the suitability of candidates for roles.
  • Maintaining and developing selection methods.
  • Developing and utilising the applicant tracking system.

The ideal candidate for this role will have some experience in Recruitment or Recruitment administration. My client is looking for someone with a professional and positive approach to work with the ability to work in a fast paced environment with excellent organisational skills.
