Recruitment Administrator

An opportunity has arisen for someone who has experience in HR to join a growing company as a Recruitment Administrator. The role is based in Stockport on a full time, permanent basis. This is a busy and varied role where you will work as part of the people team on the following areas:

  • Update and maintain the in-house recruitment system.
  • Arranging interviews for the Recruitment Advisors, Partners and Hiring Managers
  • Shortlisting applications, liaising with agencies, and making decisions on the suitability of candidates for roles.
  • Liaising with different areas and departments of the business to understand where there is a demand for recruitment and assisting hiring managers with the creation of job descriptions.
  • Dealing with candidate application queries and email issues.
  • Talking to external recruitment agencies, assisting with information, and directing calls.

The ideal candidate for this role will have strong administration experience or experience in a role as a Recruitment Administrator and looking for a new opportunity where they can expand their skill set and progress. I am looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a professional approach to work and the ability to use their own initiative.
