Reception Manager/ Administrator

Employment Type: PermanentLocation: BoltonSalary: £20000 - £23000 per annum + Benefits


A highly successful and well-established Healthcare organisation based in Bolton are seeking an experienced Reception Manager/ Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis, paying £20,000pa-£23,000pa. This is a new position, and is an integral part of the support team, working on a full time basis.
The purpose of the role is to contribute to the smooth day to day running of the businesses, please see below the key responsibilities within your role:

  • Managing a small reception team, ensuring the staff are motivated and happy
  • Meeting and greeting visitors, ensuring guests sign in and out and making them feel welcome
  • Answering and directing any incoming phone calls
  • Building management, including liaising with utilities and cleaning staff
  • Ordering office/ building supplies such as stationary
  • Maintaining the highest levels of confidentiality
  • Record maintenance
  • General administration


The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

  • Previous experience working in an Admin/ Reception position
  • Experience managing and motivating a small team
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Clear understanding and experience of confidentiality
  • Excellent communication skills
  • You must be flexible, hardworking and reliable
