Property Claims Handler - Full-Time Permanent - Bolton

Location: Office based in Bolton

Salary: £19,000-£25,000 (DOE)

A market leading claims validation organisation based in Bolton are seeking a number of Claims Handlers to join their team on a permanent basis. This role is an excellent opportunity to expand your skillset, working within a busy and fast-paced environment.

Role:

• Manage your own caseload of claims, consistently working towards Service Level Agreements, striving to provide the best service possible
• Liaise with customers via a number of different communication channels, providing professional and knowledgeable service
• Adhere to governance and regulatory processes, ensuring all internal processes are also followed
• Work within a team and also autonomously, contributing to a positive working culture
• Updating the system accurately

The ideal candidate will:

• Have experience in property claims management, however the following roles will be considered: Customer service, claims, call centre, hospitality, front of house
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
• Passionate about customer services, with an empathetic attitude and a genuine desire to help people
• The ability to multi-task
• Great attention to detail
