Project Coordinator

Project Coordinator - Full Time, Permanent
Location: Bolton
Salary: Up to £30k DOE
A very well-established and successful technology company based in Bolton are looking for a driven Project Coordinator to join their team based in the Bolton office on a full time, permanent basis. Reporting to the Project manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring all processes are delivered smoothly. This role is an excellent opportunity for a candidate who is looking to join a progressive and forward-thinking business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working in line with company specific requirements, you will ensure that all projects are conducted correctly and in a timely manner
  • Scheduling jobs and allocating suitable resource
  • Work as part of the wider Projects team by assisting with all project documentation, project proposals, tenders, budgets, schedules and incoming email and telephone enquiries
  • Monitor stock levels, project plans, work hours, budgets and any expenditures
  • Use your excellent communication skills to communicate with your team members and external clients to ensure everything runs smoothly and any discrepancies are resolved quickly
  • Creating quotations, purchase orders, sales orders and invoices
  • Review any engineer reports, ensuring all work is completed in the correct timeframe
  • Liaise with various suppliers to secure the best products for the best prices, and assist with periodic price reviews
  • Any other ad hoc duties as required by the business


The Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience in a Projects, Installations or Scheduling background
  • IT competent and confident with Microsoft Office (Especially Excel)
  • Knowledge or prior experience with Sage systems is particularly advantageous
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with various internal stakeholders
  • Have a process driven approach, well organised and able to manage your workload effectively and adapt to changing priorities
  • A confident worker both independently and as part of a wider team
