I am working with a fantastic and reputable organisation in Bolton who are looking for a People & Culture Manager to join their team. This will be an operational, hands-on HR role and will involve working closely with the Senior Leadership Team.

This role is between 25 -30 hours per week and can be worked flexibly through the week

  • Advising Managers on all areas of HR policy and process
  • Working with managers and advising on all ER matters including abscence, performance and sickness
  • Talent attraction and retention
  • All HR administration for the full employee lifecycle including onboarding and induction for new starters.
  • Reviewing and updating of HR policies and processes
  • Planning learning initiatives for employees
  • Leading on a variety of HR projects such as benefit, reward, engagement, retention, and internal communications
  • Working with the management team operationally and strategically to help improve function.
