Payroll Manager

An opportunity to join one of the Uk's fastest growing facilities management groups based north of Warrington. They are looking for a strong payroll manager to join the finance function leading a small but expanding payroll function in an ever evolving role.


We are looking for a strong Payroll Manager to lead and manage end to end payroll process for a diverse group of businesses with a fluctuating permanent a subcontract payroll. Day to day you will be managing a team off 2 as the business looks to bring certain elements of payroll back in house and ensure statutory legislation is adhered to. You will also be working with corporate functions and other internal stakeholders on developing streamlined, cost saving processes. You will also lead on:

  • SSP, OSP and SPP process
  • Pension, car allowance and commission assessments.
  • Project work related to acquisitions, sub contractor and TUPE activity


Key to this role is strong payroll management experience in a larger complex group structure. Advantages would CIPP or use of payroll systems such as ADP but other will be considered. You will also need to be running payroll with management of teams.
