• Dependent on experience - circa 22k
• Full Time, flexible hybrid working.
• Burnley

Our client is looking for Payroll Administrator to join them at a busy and exciting time! This is a great opportunity to join a global company with the chance to progress. Ideally you will have experience of working within a fast paced environment where excellent organisation skills are required. You will have keen eye for detail and be able to manage your own workload.

Some of the duties will include:

• End to end processing of weekly and monthly payrolls.
• Processing all new starters and leavers, statutory leave and other variable pay changes through payroll.
• Dealing with required deductions such as AOEs, child maintenance and voluntary deductions.
• Checking payroll accuracy.
• Liaising with pension scheme providers.
• Completing statutory payroll and pension returns.
• Providing requested payroll reports.
• Dealing with complex payroll queries from employees and third parties with strong customer mindset.
• Supporting the maintenance of employee benefits.
• Completing employment references.
• Support other members of the HR operations team and provide cover during periods of absence.

My client is looking for someone that has recent payroll experience and who is therefore able to hit the ground running. Current knowledge of payroll related legislation is important, along with excellent communication skills and being IT literate.
