Job Title: Payroll/ Accounts Administrator

Pay Bracket: £26,000 - £28,000

Location: Atherton ( Office based )

Benefits: staff discount, relaxed working environment, on-site parking, company pension scheme.

We are collaborating closely with a retail company based in Atherton. They are looking for an experienced payroll/accounts administrator to join their close-knit team. This is working in a down to earth friendly environment within a smaller team. The ideal candidate will have previous payroll + accounts experience with brilliant communication skills.

Key Tasks

  • Preparing and processing monthly payroll
  • Weekly sales reporting
  • Sales invoice processing
  • Purchase invoice processing
  • Processing supplier payments
  • General phone enquiries + office duties
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Petty cash control
  • Balance sheet reconciliation

An ideal person for this position will have the following attributes / skill set:

  • At least 1 years' experience in an administrative role
  • Payroll + accounts experience
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Able to use and manipulate data with MS Excel
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Team player
