Payroll Administrator

Payroll Administrator - Practice

Our client is looking for Payroll Administrator to join their busy practice on a permanent basis. Ideally you will have experience of working within a fast paced environment where excellent organisation skills are required. You will have keen eye for detail and be able to manage your own workload.
Your duties will be as follows:

  • Be responsible for a monthly portfolio of payrolls
  • Ensure payrolls are processed and submitted within the agreed timescales
  • Reconcile payrolls to spreadsheets to ensure accuracy
  • Take and respond to client phone calls/emails
  • Use and manipulate spreadsheets for the import/exportation of payroll data
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of clients' payrolls
  • Submit Pensions data to the relevant Pension Provider (where necessary)


Ideally you will have previous experience of working in practice.


My client is looking for someone that has recent payroll experience and who is therefore able to hit the ground running. Current knowledge of payroll related legislation is important, along with excellent communication skills and being IT literate.
