Four Business Support

PA to the CEO

An exciting business based in Trafford are looking for a brand-new PA to the CEO to join their team on a permanent basis, and can be either part time or full time (minimum 25 hours per week). The full-time salary for this role is up to £40,000pa, and is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast growing fashion business.

The purpose of your role is to provide comprehensive PA support the CEO across a wide range of duties. Please see below the key responsibilities for the role:

• Extensive diary management
• Meeting coordination - ensuring meeting rooms are booked, agendas are sent, and any supporting documents are produced accordingly
• Booking and arranging travel and accommodation, including organising visas
• Expense management
• Personal PA support, managing personal commitments
• Providing general administrative support to the wider business

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

• Previous experience working as a PA or EA on a 1-2-1 basis
• Previous experience providing both business and personal support
• Extremely resilient and able to work in a fast paced environment
• Friendly and approachable, with a positive attitude
• Great IT literacy
• Proactive and able to work using your own initiative
• High attention to detail
• Excellent confidentiality and discretion
• Able to work in a fast paced environment

In return, you will receive:

• Up to £40,000pa (FTE)
• Can consider full or part time hours (please note this role is fully office based)
