Management Accountant
Location: Trafford
Salary: up to circa £35,000
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Management Accountant to join a manufacturing business on a full time, permanent basis, based in Trafford.
You will join a small finance team, reporting to the Finance Director where you will manage and maintain the financial controls, with line management responsibility for the Accounts Assistant. It is an exciting time to join as the company continues with their consistent growth plans.
Responsibilities include:
· Responsible for producing the managing accounts and month end
· Overseeing the purchase ledger & payment runs
· Complete VAT returns & intrastats
· Responsible for all reconciliations
· Credit management, including the credit insurance process and debtors' maintenance
· Various reporting, including stock and sales margin
The ideal candidate will be immediately available to start, or on a short notice period. You will have the ability to work on a range of systems, with excellent attention to detail and organisation skills. Inititive and self-management is important, as is the ability to interact with all departments across the business.
