Logistics Sales Administrator

Employment Type: PermanentLocation: KnutsfordSalary: £25000 - £28000 per annum + Benefits


A well-established and innovative Manufacturer in Knutsford are seeking an experienced Logistics Sales Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis, paying £25,000-£28,000pa dependant on experience. This role is due to growth, and you will be reporting directly to the Operations Manager.
The purpose of the role is to ensure smooth day to day running of the Warehouse and Distribution function, including day to day management of stock levels, inbound and outbound supply and stock variance. Please see below an overview of your role:

  • Processing and administering orders, ensuring delivery of goods on time in full
  • Action any email requests, liaising with internal stakeholders to resolve any queries relating to goods
  • Taking ownership of administrative based tasks
  • Responsible for all daily intake and replenishment planning
  • Manage claims for shortage, damage or variance
  • Manage clients expectations for any delayed orders and realistic delivery timescales
  • Manage stock of levels of finished goods and raw materials
  • Supplier compliance

  • Previous experience working as a Logistics, Transport, Warehouse or Stock Administration role
  • OR a graduate in Warehousing/ Transport looking to take their first steps into a role
  • You must be a confident communicator and be able to deal with internal and external stakeholders
  • You must be dynamic and hardworking candidate
  • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft office
  • Attention to detail
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks at one
  • The ability to work against tight deadlines
