Job Title - 2 x Lettings Administrator (one full-time and one part-time)
Location - Bolton (Town Centre)
Salary - £12.50 per hour
We are working with a brilliant property management business based in Bolton Town Centre who are looking for two new people to join their team as Lettings Administrators.
The businesses cover both residential and student lettings, which one vacancy in each team.
RESIDENTIAL LETTINGS ADMINISTRATOR - 35 hours per week
For this role, you'll be handling all things tenants and rental properties!
From posting the property details on Rightmove and Zoopla to reference checking potential tenants and taking their details using software such as ALTO and Goodlord, you'll be monitoring the progress on tenants from onboarding and settling in, to following up with them for rental renewals and being their point of contact for any maintenance issues or queries.
For this role, we are looking for someone who has experience working in the rental / property / housing market, as for some of this role you'll be working independently to resolve queries and advise tenants.
STUDENT LETTINGS ADMINISTRATOR - 30 hours per week
This role is similar to the above, but instead of tenants, you'll be looking after students as your tenants. This role involves less interaction with tenants, and more administration, therefore experience within property isn't essential, we're just looking for someone with a strong administration background.
