An opportunity has come up for a Learning and Development Manager to join an extremely successful and continually growing business based in Blackburn. The role offers hybrid working. The role is working on a Full Time, Permanent basis.

What does the role involve?

  • Understanding the business needs, supporting with the creation of training strategy
  • Working with the HR Manager to design, plan and deliver a range of engaging learning courses and content to support business needs
  • Establishing and developing relationships with key stakeholders to ensure smooth running of L&D projects across the business
  • Monitoring and continuous development of regional quality and performance standards across the business, aligning strategy with company values
  • Managing all internal and external staff development, implementing policies and processes to ensure business priorities are met and development opportunities are consistent across the organisation
  • Promoting a culture of learning and continued professional development
  • Along with the wider Human Resources department identifying gaps and further training and development needs within the organisation

Who would be the right fit?

This role would suit someone who has extensive experience from a previous role in Learning and Development where they have had involvement in the implementation of new L&D strategy.
