Learning and Development Manager

I am currently working with a growing and innovative business based in Lancashire, on their recruitment for a Learning and Development Manager. This is a brand new role where you will work as part of a wider people team, taking responsibility for truly embedding a learning culture within the organisation, with a focus on the following areas:

  • Leading on a full training needs analysis, seeking to improve knowledge, skills and behaviour that will drive the business forward
  • Creating and delivering innovative learning and development solutions to support strategic priorities using a blended approach
  • Building effective working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Leading and co-ordinating coaching and mentoring programmes
  • Embedding and developing our leadership development programme


The successful candidate for this role will have extensive experience in the field of learning and development, demonstrating a true passion for adding value in this area.
