Learning and Development Advisor - flexible working hours

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Learning and Development Advisor to join a market-leading business based in Lancashire. This is a brand new role where you will work as part an established people team to drive high performance and further establish a learning culture.

Below is an overview of the key responsibilities:

  • Supporting with the development and implementation of the L and D strategy, in line with the wider business objectives
  • Devising career pathways for all roles
  • Enhancing work experience and intern programmes as well as apprenticeships and graduates
  • Partnering with Managers to understand learning requirements, devising and sourcing appropriate learning solutions
  • Ensuring effective use of the LMS system
  • Managing the companies e-learning programme
  • Working with Managers to create a continuous learning culture

The successful candidate for this role will have previous L and D experience, as well as being able to demonstrate a true passion for developing people and the ability to work in a fast-paced and customer focussed organisation.

Please note this is a hybrid role and my client are willing to consider reduced / flexible working hours.
