Learning and Development Administrator

I am currently supporting a well-established service sector organisation based in Bolton, with their recruitment for a Learning and Development Administrator. Working as part of a people team this is a really busy and varied role where you will support with the following:

  • Preparing for all learning events, both classroom based and online
  • Managing the companies induction process
  • Maintaining and updating the LMS system
  • Supporting with the role out of a new LMS system
  • Working with Managers to co-ordinate learning needs
  • Running reports on learning activity
  • Assisting with the sourcing of learning providers

This is a brand new role so there is a real opportunity to put your own stamp on the role. The successful candidate will have previous relevant experience within learning and development, will be well-organised and able to work effectively off their own initiative.
